When people love what they do, they don't mind spending time with it. There are some hobbies that my seem boring to others but fascinating to some. Fishing, for instance, may seem listless to others but for those who love it, it is just as exciting and as fun as any sport.




When a friend of mine introduced me to fishing, he sounded just like my other friend who was crazy about triathlons. My fisherman friend showed me his collection of custom lures. I was impressed; they looked like real fishes.

Custom lures can come in several forms. They can come in many forms. Lures are there to attract fish. It doesn't matter what the design is as long as it attracts fishes. There are lures that look like worms and lures that look like real fishes.

A walleyed pike is a freshwater fish found in the northern United States and much of Canada. It usually grows to about 2.5 feet in length and will weigh around 15 pounds. To catch walleyed pike, you need to use the best walleye lure available. Freshwater fishing lures can be broken down into three main subtypes which are top waters, suspended lures, and bottom lures. Most of these lures are designed to resemble live bait in both appearance and movement when used underwater.



Fishing lures are invented to work with the water, or in some cases against it. It isn't until the fishing lure is underwater and moving with the line that it lives up to its true potential. Some fishing lures displace water as they move, while others, specifically those made from feathers or hair, move freely with the water. The main purpose of any fishing lure is to attract fish, but each type of fishing lure performs oppositely underwater depending on its design.
